Covers newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year.
I will travel** to your home for his/her newborn and 3 month session. For the 6, 9, 1 year we will meet at on location away from your home to get a variety of images. The newborn session will last the longest. The remaining will last about 1 hour. I will bring props and other fun stuff!
FAQ’s ::
1. can I pay in installments — yes, $280.00 will be due to book your newborn session. At your newborn session another $280.00 will be due to book the 3 month session and so forth. So, at the 1 year session you will owe nothing.
2. if I pay the full $1,400.00 do I get a discount — yes, $100.00 off.
3. if I book a maternity session along with the first year package what is the total – $1,600.00
4. when should I book a maternity session — between 30-32 weeks.
4. is there a travel fee** for you to come to our home — only if I travel outside of the 20 mile radius of my home {Mt Juliet}. If yes, then I charge .50 cents a mile to and from your home.
5. what do I receive with the first year — a password protected slideshow to view images within 1 week and a cd with those images {all in high resolution} within 3 weeks of each session.
6. the baby has an older sibling/ or siblings. is there an extra charge to photograph them — no, but my main focus will be on the baby. I don’t mind getting a few sibling shots and then devoting 1 of the sessions as a family session. Remember that the first year the baby will change the most! A 3 year old doesn’t change that much every 3 months. 
If you would like me to devote extra time to each of the other siblings communicate that with me and we will discuss the extra fee.
7. can I start the first year at 3 months? Yes, but will be expected to tag on the 5th session somewhere. {i.e. an 18 month, an extra family session, etc}
8. what should we wear at the newborn session? naked babies look the sweetest. I will have lots of diaper covers and wraps. as for the parents {who will be in the photos I hope!} wear simple clothing like black t’s and pants. try not to have logos on the shirts. don’t wear watches or anything like that to distract from the main focus…your sweet baby! you can also reference my “what to wear” blog.
9. if I just want to book you for the newborn photos how much would that be? please refer to the full session.
10. what days do you work? Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Please check website for availability as I am currently booking 3 months out.
11. if I would like to schedule you on your “off” days is there an extra charge? yes. please inquire about that by emailing me sara@saraerosephotography.com
12. do we need to book you out for all 5 sessions? it’s smart to get on my calendar so you get the dates you want AND to book when your sweet baby has hit a milestone. I would hate to have to take 3 month photos at 4 months.
13. what if we were just interested in booking 3 sessions {i.e. newborn, 6 months, 1 year} – Your total would be $900.00. $850 if you pay in full or $300.00 each session.
