Makes me a little sad when one of my first year baby’s turns ONE. They go from little peanuts to these independent beings who love you, but want you to chase them. And, it happens so fast! For 9 months I have this little person in front of me learning to smile, sit up, laugh, clap…and 1 year hits and bam…most are walking, they have learned all your tricks and they wear their parents out during the session. I know lots of momma’s laughing at that statement because they have been there.
Hunter was no exception. We would pull a chair out and he’d look at like “I ain’t sitting on that thing…I will stand on it or push it over, but sit? ain’t happening sister!”. So, I just let him be. What a ham he is. And, how much this boy loves his momma is undeniable. I just love that I can capture this time in their lives for her.
It’s been an amazing first year Hunter man. SO thankful I get to see you at 18 months. I better get my running shoes ready, eh?
